Another week of nothing, or something

I didn't have physiotherapy at all last week. Monday was a holiday so the clinic was closed. Wednesday we had a blizzard and no one was moving outdoors.
I was back at it yesterday.
One of the newer exercises seems to have released the pinched nerve on the knee. The surgeon had warned me that there would be numbness for some time, and some people never get it back. Thankfully, mine seems to have fully recovered! This one flexation exercise seems to be a big help!
When I wake up in the morning I am really - REALLY! - stiff in the knee. If I do about 50 repetitions of this flex, it loosens everything up nicely.
My knee still has quite a bend to it, but am really hopefully that this new flexibility is going to loosen that up. Once things dry up I am going to walk until I drop! Right now my road is quite the mud hole. I see the weather man is forecasting another 20 centimeters of snow for us over the weekend. I'm going to have to figure something out.

  1. That's good to know!

We still had stray flakes of snow falling this morning in the city.

  2. Oh, I'm so glad the numbness is gone. That has to be a huge relief! Sending good vibes on the weather.

  3. The weather network is not to optimistic about ONTARIO weather in general this weekend. Yuck. What a mess is coming our way.
