exhausted

I'm just home from my second session at Aqua Fit. Exhaustion hardly covers how I feel. After a quick shower (we use a salt water pool, kind of yucky) and a light snack, I'm ready to nap for the rest of the afternoon.
Hopefully my knee isn't going to be too achy tonight, but we'll see how that goes.
Today they had me in a floatation belt. My feet only touched the bottom when entering or exiting the pool. It was quite interesting to just be bobbing around like that.
I have to buy a new bathing suit before next class. I've lost more weight apparently because my body threatened to slip right out of this lovely one I have now. Yaaayyyyy!

  1. Salt water is at least therapeutically good for you.

    1. Yes, this particular pool was recommended.

  2. I'm surprised you think the salt water's yucky. We're never going back to chemical chlorine for our pools. Not only is it great for Ella's eczema (goes away all summer) but it doesn't turn hair green and seems to be easier on our bathing suits.

    2. And the salt water makes me itch.

  3. I hope you will model the new suit for us. Good suits are always hard to find.

  5. But it's a good kind of exhaustion, right? Congratulations on needing a new bathing suit. You're working hard to get that new knee doing its job. -Jenn

    1. I like that kind of exhaustion. It makes for a good sleep. I was so excited when I bought this bathing suit. It's really cute...but to need a smaller one (likely three sizes). I know I'm still losing the weight and that is good for the knee too!

  6. I should think the water therapy would be a good thing for your knee and I'll bet you slept like crazy! Nice bit on the swim suit! Bonus -- and you deserve it!
