We went to points south to visit with M mother and stepfather and the brothers and grandkids.
I was billeted with his Aunt C. She and I spent a quiet evening doing needlework while the rest of the family went off to Upper Canada Village for The Great Pumpkin Inferno event. C was crocheting poppies for this beautiful cascade at the Morrisburg Legion.
