Look out moon here they come

 We were a bit busy yesterday afternoon.

M and I had to go to the town to pick up supplies for the Easter dinner party, as well as some diabetic food for the kit kat. That stuff is NOT cheap. WOWZERS I had a bit of sticker shock in the pet food place.

I phoned my Pal before we left and got her shopping list.

When we returned M and I sat and had a short visit with her. M went to the car (mobile tool box, haha) to get some tools to fix the broken door latch. I was so afraid it was going to fail completely and lock her in as well as anyone else out. It only took him a few minutes to tighten everything up. He told her we were heading home to make pizza and how did she feel about pizza for dinner. Well! Did her eyes ever light up!!

When the first tray of mini pizza's were ready I loaded into the car and headed up the road. I was eating my meal later, but I made myself a cup of tea. Pal ate her pizza while we watched the Artemus II head for the wild blue yonder. My Pal talked about the various space launches she had witnessed, especially the Challenger explosion. We were holding our breath watching Artemis head off. 

Pal had pulled a cute cup with bees on it out of the cupboard for me. When I was going for the last sip of my tea I noticed there was a bee on the bottom inside of the cup too.  So, bottoms up. It was then that I noticed the bees was in fact a big fat FLY and it wasn't supposed to be there! The flies and phony lady bugs are rampant on our window sills the past week or so as the days warm up. Yucky yucky YUCK!!!
