We are going to take a settlement from the insurance company and deal with the issue ourselves. For now we are just going to seal the chimney, fix the roof and replace the insulation. We may rebuild down the line when conditions improve.
Insurance Companies like to drag their feet, which causes you stress, which ends with you settling. It's a wise choice, but just don't let them Under Value the costs. $$$$$ Be Safe!
